Overview
Hannah Guo focuses her practice on U.S. and cross-border corporate transactions. She has experience in M&A, private equity, venture capital, acquisition finance, commercial real estate, securities regulation, debt restructuring and international tax matters. Hannah has analyzed, negotiated and drafted various corporate documents in connection with complex deals, including entity and fund formation documents. She has represented clients in the finance, entertainment, consumer goods, food & beverage, real estate and technology industries.
Prior to joining the firm, Hannah worked at an international law firm and as Associate General Counsel of a financial services company. Hannah holds her B.A. and J.D. from UCLA, where she served as Articles Editor of the UCLA Entertainment Law Review. She also earned a Certificate at Sciences Po Paris in France. Hannah is licensed to practice law in California.
