Tom Curtis and Candace Sandoval will be presenting at the Orange County Bar Association’s Health Care Law Section Meeting on September 12, 2019, in Newport Beach, CA.  Their presentation will highlight the differences between the requirements for reporting peer review actions to the Medical Board of California and the National Practitioner Data Bank.  This program is of particular importance to hospitals, medical staffs, other healthcare entities and providers, healthcare practitioners, as well as their counsel, to ensure compliance with applicable state and federal laws and to avoid unnecessary reports.
