Yuliya Oryol made a presentation on "Alternative Investments Fees – Public Report Required under G.C. Sec. 7514.7(b)" at the California Association of Public Retirement Systems’ (CALAPRS) Attorneys’ Round Table taking place on Friday, October 27, 2017, from 8:30 a.m to 3:30 p.m. at the DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel San Jose.  Her presentation highlighted disclosure requirements and provided a review of the Institutional Limited Partners Association (ILPA) reporting template and related information for private equity firms, in addition to the Pension Real Estate Association (PREA) reporting template for real estate companies.  She also discussed applicable statutes, including the California Public Records Act (CPRA) Section 7514.7.

Sonoma County Employees’ Retirement Association, County, a case brought by an individual who is challenging the adoption of increased retirement formulas by the Board of Supervisors in 2003.
