Our panelists covered upcoming requirements for public water systems in California under Assembly Bill 756 with respect to PFAS testing, reporting, and public notification. The webinar also provided an update on developments at the federal level to regulate PFAS, including recent efforts by the Environmental Protection Agency and potential legislation making its way through Congress.
