Nossaman's 2015 Environmental & Land Use Seminar

Nossaman hosted a complimentary half-day seminar comprised of panel discussions on a spectrum of critical federal and state environment and land use issues, including new federal rules implementing the Clean Water Act and Endangered Species Act, federal and state responses to the drought, emerging CEQA case law, and developments in land use law.  This was a must-attend event for government officials, developers, environmental consultants, planners, engineers, attorneys and other land use professionals.
