  • We are seeking a Billing Manager to lead the Firm’s billing and eBilling operations and who is accountable for timely, accurate and compliant invoicing across the Firm. This role manages a team of billing professionals and is responsible for meeting firm and client billing requirements in a high-volume environment. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone with proven management experience, strong judgment and the ability to balance competing priorities and deliver results under pressure. The Billing Manager works closely with billing partners and clients and must be highly effective in both internal and client-facing communications. The position reports to the Director of Financial Operations.

  • We have an immediate opening for an Information Governance Analyst to play a key role in protecting the Firm’s information assets. This position supports the Firm’s confidentiality obligations, client service standards, and regulatory requirements by partnering closely with IT, practice teams, and business professionals to implement, monitor, and continually enhance the Firm’s information governance program. The Information Governance Analyst is a hybrid position (onsite 2+ days per week), reports to the Records and Information Governance Manager and is based in the San Francisco office. 

  • We have an immediate opening in our Sacramento office for a full-time Policy Advisor to support the Firm’s Government Relations & Regulation Group, working with other lobbyists to represent several of the Firm’s clients before the California legislature, the governor and various state/local agencies. Our diverse client base includes both public and private sector clients in industries such as transportation, water, education, clean tech, energy and healthcare. This is a great opportunity to work closely with dynamic professionals in a highly regarded national firm.

  • We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Proposal Specialist to join our Business Development Department. This person plays an integral role in the Firm's business development efforts by developing competitive, high-quality RFP responses and proposals from start to finish. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the proposal development process – from kickoff and work plan development to document production, editing and final review as well as interview presentation deliverables. The position is located in our Los Angeles office and reports to the Firm’s Proposal Production Supervisor.

  • We are seeking an experienced Senior Collections Specialist to play a central and highly visible role in managing the Firm’s accounts receivable and supporting the Firm’s financial performance and client relationships. This role is designed for a seasoned legal collections professional who can take immediate ownership of assigned accounts, operate with a high degree of independence and exercise sound judgment in advancing collections matters through resolution.

  • We are seeking an experienced Senior Investment Paralegal to work primarily with the Firm's Pensions, Benefits & Investments Group. The Senior Investment Paralegal provides substantive support to attorneys in connection with private fund investments, co-investments, separate accounts and related investment matters for institutional investor clients, including public pension systems, retirement associations and other fiduciary investors. This role supports matters from initial diligence and subscription document review through closing and post-closing follow-up, with a particular emphasis on MFN elections, subscription agreements, AML/KYC documentation and closing coordination.

  • We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Litigation Paralegal to support various litigation practice areas. This role requires a proactive, consultative and detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can operate with a high degree of independence. The ideal candidate will anticipate attorney needs and manage all aspects of the litigation process – from case inception through trial and post-trial proceedings, including appeals.
