We are seeking an experienced Collections Assistant to play an integral role in supporting the Firm’s Finance operations by helping manage outstanding receivables, communicating regularly with attorneys and clients and ensuring timely and accurate collection activity. Reporting to the Financial Operations Director, this role partners closely with Billing, Cash Receipts and practice support teams across the Firm. The position will be hybrid (onsite 2+ days per week) in our Los Angeles office.
We are seeking an experienced Infrastructure Engineer to contribute to the stability, integrity and efficient operation of the Nossaman’s enterprise systems and networks. Candidates for this position must have strong working knowledge of Microsoft products and datacenter technologies. The Infrastructure Engineer is part of the IT Infrastructure Department that supports all Firm offices and co-location facilities. This position can be remote and reports to the IT Infrastructure Manager.
We are seeking an experienced, detail-oriented Litigation Secretary to support the Firm’s Construction and Infrastructure Litigation Groups. The Litigation Secretary will be responsible for providing case management, administrative and secretarial support to assigned attorneys. The ideal candidate will have extensive construction claims experience, a working knowledge of the Federal, State and County court systems and be proficient with the Microsoft Office suite, including strong Microsoft Word skills. This position will be 4-5 days on-site in our New York City office and will report to the Legal Support Services Supervisor.
We are seeking a Litigation Paralegal to support our Eminent Domain, Environmental & Land Use and other litigation-focused groups. The ideal candidate will be a detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment, anticipate attorney and client needs and thrive when faced with multiple priorities with competing deadlines. The role will provide support from case inception through trial and post-trial proceedings, including appeals.
