We are seeking a Financial Systems Engineer to join our Information Technology team. This position is responsible for the planning, maintenance and support of the Firm’s financial system, Aderant, as well as architecting, supporting and maintaining the Intapp workflow and database environments. This position assumes responsibility for technical troubleshooting activities and acts as the point person for resolution of financial systems-related service requests. This position uses broad knowledge of IT disciplines, including client-server, security and database infrastructure, to sync data between various Firm financial and enterprise systems.
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Proposal Specialist to join our Business Development Department. This person plays an integral role in the Firm's business development efforts by developing competitive, high-quality RFP responses and proposals from start to finish. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the proposal development process – from kickoff and work plan development to document production, editing and final review as well as interview presentation deliverables. The position reports to the Firm’s Proposal Manager.
We are seeking a talented and experienced Legal Secretary to support the Firm’s Infrastructure practice group and transactional teams. The ideal candidate will have extensive transactional experience (ideally with previous experience in Infrastructure) and should be proficient with Microsoft Word including the use of styles and the creation and formatting of complex documents.
