We are seeking a results-oriented Business Development Specialist to play an integral role in the Firm's regional and firm wide business development efforts. This position will work closely with the Business Development Department, practice groups, individual attorneys and other staff to help support business development efforts aligned with the Firm’s goals and initiatives. The Business Development Specialist reports to the Firm's Business Development Director and can be based in the Firm’s Los Angeles or Orange County offices.
We are seeking a Financial Systems Analyst to join the Information Technology team and help support Firm-wide operations. This position is responsible for maintenance and support of the Firm’s financial system, Aderant, and associated systems, as well as support and maintenance of the Firm’s SQL database environments. The Financial Systems Analyst uses broad knowledge of IT disciplines, including client-server, security and database infrastructure, to support various firm financial and enterprise systems. The Financial Systems Analyst is part of the Information Technology Department, reporting to the Senior Technology Manager.

The Litigation Legal Secretary will be primarily responsible for providing case management, administrative and secretarial support to assigned attorneys. The ideal candidate will have recent transactional experience, a thorough working knowledge of the Federal and Arizona court systems, and be proficient with Microsoft Word including the use of styles and the creation and formatting of pleadings and other complex documents, and tables of content and authorities.
