We are seeking an experienced Billing Coordinator to play an integral role in supporting the Firm’s Finance operations. The Billing Coordinator’s key responsibility is to generate, edit, and prepare monthly pre-bills and subsequent invoices and appeals for submission to clients accurately and efficiently. This position works closely with the members of the Finance team, as well as Attorneys and Legal Secretaries as needed. The Billing Coordinator must also demonstrate expertise in all facets of the electronic billing function, which may include split and other complex billing arrangements.
We are seeking a highly-motivated Collections Coordinator to play a visible and impactful role in supporting the Firm’s financial performance and client relationships by helping scale and support the Firm’s collections operations as the Firm continues to grow. This role is well‑suited for a proactive, results‑oriented professional who takes ownership of their work, anticipates issues before they escalate and is comfortable partnering with attorneys and clients to drive timely resolution of outstanding receivables. We have an immediate opening for a Docketing Coordinator to play an integral role in the Firm’s Risk Management department and operations.
