We are seeking a results-oriented Business Development Specialist to play an integral role in the Firm's regional and firm wide business development efforts. This position will work closely with the Business Development Department, practice groups, individual attorneys and other staff to help support business development efforts aligned with the Firm’s goals and initiatives. The Business Development Specialist reports to the Firm's Business Development Director and can be based in the Firm’s Los Angeles or Orange County offices.
We are seeking a Financial Systems Analyst to join the Information Technology team and help support Firm-wide operations. This position is responsible for maintenance and support of the Firm’s financial system, Aderant, and associated systems, as well as support and maintenance of the Firm’s SQL database environments. The Financial Systems Analyst uses broad knowledge of IT disciplines, including client-server, security and database infrastructure, to support various firm financial and enterprise systems. The Financial Systems Analyst is part of the Information Technology Department, reporting to the Senior Technology Manager.
We are seeking an experienced Litigation Legal Secretary to provide support for the Firm’s Eminent Domain Group. The Litigation Legal Secretary will be primarily responsible for providing case management, administrative and secretarial support to assigned attorneys. The ideal candidate will have recent transactional experience, a thorough working knowledge of the Federal and Arizona court systems, and be proficient with Microsoft Word including the use of styles and the creation and formatting of pleadings and other complex documents, and tables of content and authorities.
We have an immediate opening for an experienced Professional Development Manager to play an integral role in the Firm’s attorney development programs. The Professional Development Manager manages and supports professional development initiatives for attorneys at all levels, including the development and maintenance of programs that align with attorney engagement and retention activities. The Professional Development Manager reports to the Attorney Recruiting & Development Director and will regularly collaborate with other members of the Human Resources Department to support firm-wide training initiatives. This position is located in the Firm’s Los Angeles office.
We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Proposal Coordinator to join our Business Development Department. This person plays an integral role in the Firm's business development efforts by developing competitive, high-quality RFP responses and assisting with proposals from start to finish. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the Proposal Team during the entire life cycle of the proposal development process – from evaluation of incoming opportunities to kickoff and work plan development, to document production, editing and final review, as well as interview presentation deliverables.
