We are seeking an experienced Billing Coordinator to play an integral role in supporting the Firm’s finance operations. The Billing Coordinator’s key responsibility is to generate, edit and prepare monthly pre-bills and subsequent invoices and appeals for submission to clients accurately and efficiently. This position works closely with the members of the Finance team, as well as attorneys and legal secretaries as needed. The Billing Coordinator must also demonstrate expertise in all facets of the electronic billing function, which may include split and other complex billing arrangements.
We are seeking a Client Intake & Compliance Manager to oversee client and matter onboarding, ongoing matter maintenance, contract administration and compliance-related requirements. This role helps ensure new clients and matters are opened accurately and efficiently, client contractual obligations are identified, communicated, documented and monitored and Firm licensing, registration and reporting requirements are maintained. This critical role is responsible for serving as the operational hub of the practice group and keeping a high volume of complex litigation and condemnation matters moving forward.
