We are seeking an experienced Conflicts Specialist professional to perform conflicts of interest analysis and initiate all follow up necessary to perform due diligence and disseminate accurate and timely information in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment. The Conflicts Specialist must understand and demonstrate superior knowledge of conflicts/new matter intake procedures and must have a high quality level of customer service. The Conflicts Specialist is located in Los Angeles. The position reports to the Risk Management and Compliance Director.
We are seeking an experienced Corporate Transactional Paralegal to work closely with the Firm's Corporate, Healthcare, and Real Estate practice groups. The position entails commercial transactions, mergers and acquisitions, title searches, real property recordings, securities law compliance, and the formation and maintenance of corporate entities, partnerships and limited liability companies. This position is located in the Los Angeles Office and reports to the Practice Support Director.
We have an immediate opening for an entry-level IP Project Assistant to provide support to the Firm’s Intellectual Property Practice Group. As a member of the Firm’s national practice support team, the Project Assistant will work closely with the IP Practice Group Leader, the Practice Support Director, as well as various other attorneys and staff to coordinate and support a growing active IP caseload. He or she will assist with various trademark matters, including applications, appeals, oppositions, enforcement, and invalidations. In addition to assisting with IP matters, the Project Assistant may also assist other teams and Practice Groups, such as Litigation, M&A, and others. The position is based in our Los Angeles office.
Nossaman is seeking a Legal Project Pricing Analyst. The position is responsible for developing and implementing pricing arrangements, monitoring matter performance against budget, and assessing the financial impact of pricing arrangements on profitability. Successful candidates must be able to work across all levels of the Firm to perform value-based pricing analysis, lead cross-functional pricing projects, and make recommendations to Firm management regarding pricing levels, discounts, and contract negotiations. The position reports to the Firm’s Chief Financial Officer and is based in either the Los Angeles or Orange County office with occasional travel to other offices.
