Nossaman LLP is seeking a transactional associate with 2-4 years of experience to join our San Francisco office. Candidates should have corporate/transactional experience with a focus on private funds (alternative investment transactions). Experience with real estate transactions is helpful, but not required. Excellent academic credentials and law firm experience are required. Candidates must be admitted to the State Bar of California.
