We have an immediate opening in our Employment Group for an associate with 4+ years of experience. The role may be based in our Los Angeles, Orange County, Sacramento or San Francisco offices. Responsibilities may include defending employers in complex class, collective and representative actions, as well as single-plaintiff wage-and-hour, discrimination, harassment and retaliation lawsuits; advising employers on varied employment issues; and conducting workplace investigations and trainings. Candidates must be admitted in California and have excellent academic credentials and strong research, writing, and analytical skills.
We are seeking a litigation associate with 3-5 years of experience to join our Pensions, Benefits & Investments Group to work on a wide variety of litigation matters. This position can be in any of our office locations nationwide. Nossaman is involved in cutting edge and novel disputes regarding fiduciary and related obligations of those who administer multibillion-dollar public and private pension plans, constitutional and public agency law compliance, ERISA litigation, employee and disability retirement benefit disputes and a range of other types of litigation.
We are seeking a litigation associate with 3-9 years of experience to join our Insurance Recovery & Counseling Group in our Washington, DC office. Candidates with either experience or interest in focusing on recovery/coverage matters representing policyholders are encouraged to apply.
