Amazing things grow in open and inclusive environments. One example of this is the formation and continued development of internal Affinity Groups. Created by attorneys and business professionals, these groups focus on LGBTQ+, racial, ethnic and women’s issues. The groups serve as a resource for mentoring, support, networking and professional development.

Mansfield Certification Plus
We are proud to have achieved Mansfield Certification Plus. Launched in 2017 by Diversity Lab, Mansfield is a yearlong structured certification process designed to ensure all qualified talent at participating law firms have a fair and equal opportunity to be considered for advancement into leadership roles. The focus is on “opening the door wider” and ensuring that opportunities for advancement are transparent and inclusive for everyone.
Mansfield Certification Plus is an added designation reserved for firms that voluntarily report the outcomes of their inclusive processes. This status is awarded to firms that have at least 30% women, minority, LGBTQ+ and lawyers with disabilities within the partnership and lateral hires, as well as in the talent pools for leadership and lateral recruiting opportunities.
