Nossaman hosted its annual Environmental and Land Use Law Update.  This complimentary morning seminar was comprised of panel discussions on a spectrum of critical federal and state environment and land use issues, including new federal rules implementing the Clean Water Act, federal and state responses to the drought, emerging CEQA case law, and the recent events at the Coastal Commission.
