CLE International's 2nd Annual MBTA & BGEPA Conference

Nossaman attorneys Steve Quarles and Brooke Wahlberg co-chaired CLE International's 2nd Annual MBTA & BGEPA Conference.  This second annual two-day conference explored the complexities of federal wildlife laws and rules to protect migratory birds and eagles under the Migratory Bird Treaty Act (MBTA) and the Bald and Golden Eagle Protection Act (BGEPA).

In addition to co-chairing the event, Brooke co-presented "Eagle Incidental Take Permits: The New Regulations" on Thursday, November 30th and also co-presented "Interstate Pipeline Construction: The Growing Importance of MBTA" on Friday, December 1st.
