Yuliya Oryol served as a panelist for "Redefining 'Fiduciary': Ramifications for the Asset Management Industry and for Engaged Investors" during the Institutional Investor Forums' 9th Annual Evolving Fiduciary Obligations of Institutional Investors conference on June 25, 2018 in Savannah, GA.

During the presentation, the panel addressed fiduciary standard of care in public market and private market transactions, and examined how asset managers are responding to the pressures from institutional investors with respect to the constantly evolving fiduciary requirements. Yuliya discussed the fiduciary duties expected of managers/general partners in alternative investment transactions and the current industry trends.
