Nossaman attorneys presented at the Association of California Water Agencies' 2017 Fall Conference & Exhibition that took place from November 28 to December 1, 2017 at the Anaheim Marriott Hotel. 

• Mary Lynn Coffee spoke on "New State Wetlands Regulations," and provided an update regarding the scope of current proposals and how and when might it impact the operations of urban and agricultural water agencies statewide.
• Liz Cousins participated in the Attorneys Program panel, "P3s: Key Issues Impacting Alternate Delivery of Water Projects in California," where the panelists discussed their specific California infrastructure project experiences and the issues impacting use of P3s and alternative delivery for water projects in California.
