Avian Species: Eagles & Migratory Birds

CLE International's MBTA & BGEPA Conference

Steven Quarles is the Program Chair of this two-day conference presented by CLE International.  The conference will explore the complexities of federal wildlife laws and regulations to protect migratory birds and eagles.  Mr. Quarles will examine "Take and Enforcement: The Take Prohibition in Action."

Mr. Quarles will be joined by Brooke Wahlberg who will discuss, "Repairing the BGEPA Permit Program: New Rules and Policies."
