Liz Cousins served as a panelist for “Funding and Finance: Build a Stormwater P3” during the California Stormwater Quality Association’s (CASQA) 15th Annual Conference held in Monterey, CA October 7-9, 2019.

This annual event offers a unique opportunity to interact with professionals in the stormwater field. Over the course of three days, attendees had the opportunity to discuss a wide-range of stormwater and water management topics, with a focus on sustainable solutions to water quality challenges.
