Institutional Limited Partner Association’s AMEXCAP LP Workshop
03.13.2018
Mexico City, Mexico
8:30 a.m. - 12:00 p.m. CT

Yuliya Oryol presented "Current Terms and Trends for Limited Partners in Limited Partnership Agreements" during the Institutional Limited Partner Association’s AMEXCAP LP Workshop in Mexico City on March 13, 2018.

This workshop for Mexican limited partners was attended, in part, by members of the Mexican public pensions community who were recently given approval to invest in private equity funds based outside of Mexico. Family offices and insurance companies also were in attendance. Yuliya provided insight from an international perspective on what to think about when negotiating limited partnership agreements if you’re a Mexican limited partner.
