Mary Lynn Coffee and Alf W. Brandt, Esq., Counsel to California State Assembly Speaker Anthony Rendon, presented "New State CEQA and Environmental Regulations To Watch 2018 to 2019" during the Orange County Bar Association Environmental Law Section Meeting on March 28, 2018.

Mary Lynn's update focused on State Water Board proposed regulations for permitting discharges of dredge and fill material, as well as California Natural Resources Agency proposed CEQA Guideline amendments. Alf Brandt spoke on changes in environmental law enacted, or being considered, during the 2017-2018 California Legislative Session.
