Intellectual Property Issues and Legal Guidance for Social Media

Thomas Dover presented a two-hour workshop on "Legal Guidance for Social Media," hosted by the Public Affairs Council.  He discussed legal concerns that organizations may face when incorporating social media into communication and lobbying, grassroots, and PAC initiatives.
