Yukiko Kojima moderated and Christine Ryan served as a panelist for "Why the 'F' in DBFOM" during the Public-Private Partnership Airport Summit on July 25, 2017. This panel discussed the value proposition of private financing, the F in DBFOM. 

Patrick Harder participated as a panelist during the "Comparison of Alternative Delivery Models" discussion.

This annual expo includes 60 leading practitioners who will present their firsthand observations of P3 Airports projects of all sizes from around the country, and detail the P3 arrangements employed by authorities to develop and construct a variety of airport facilities including terminals, people movers, rental car and parking facilities, receiving and distribution centers and more.
