P3C Media hosted The P3 Airport Summit on July 23 & 24, 2018 at the Manchester Grand Hyatt in San Diego, CA.  The Summit featured several presentations by attorneys from the Infrastructure Practice Group.

Taking place on the first day of the summit, Yukiko Kojima moderated "Denver International Airport’s Great Hall Project – Insights into an Innovative P3."  The panel will discuss the project’s innovative P3 structure as well as the undertaking of such a project in the midst of a busy, operating airport.

Afterward, Andrée Blais moderated the panel on Transforming LAX - LAWA’s Automated People Mover and ConRAC Projects.  This panel not only covered the current procurement of the ConRAC, but also provided insight into LAWA’s objectives for the APM and elements of the P3 delivery model.

Finally on July 24th, the panel, Looking to the Future – The Role of Lifecycle Cost Efficiencies in P3 Projects, was moderated by Brandon Davis at 8:30 a.m.  This panel discussed how P3s help capture lifecycle cost efficiencies, including discussion from both owner and developer perspectives on how such considerations factor into the planning, procurement, and implementation phases of a project.
