10.17.2017
Chicago, IL

Yuliya Oryol spoke at the Pension Real Estate Association’s (PREA) 27th Annual Institutional Investor Conference held in October 16-18 in Chicago at The Fairmont Chicago.  She presented on the Trends & Themes in Fund Terms panel from 12:15 p.m. to 2:30 p.m. (CST) on Tuesday, October 17, 2017.  The panel explored the recent trend by limited partnership chief investment officers of driving their deal teams to improve terms.  She discussed what kinds of term improvements CIOs have been making, and what the reaction has been from GPs.  Rather than focusing on how to litigate terms, Yuliya reviewed current market conditions in light of recent shifts.
