Patrick Harder and Yukiko Kojima spoke at the USC Gould School of Law Real Estate Law and Business Forum on March 9, 2017.  The 2017 event theme was, "Southern California 2027: Deals, Careers, Places, Spaces and Mobility a Decade from Now."  Exploring real-world strategies for dealing with major challenges and interact face-to-face with local public officials and nationally-known industry experts.

Patrick and Yukiko participated in the Finance Track Session, "The New World of Public-Private Partnerships."  They discussed a range of P3s, from private real estate developments that include a public element to publicly-owned infrastructure projects that harness private sector financing and expertise.  Patrick was a co-panelist with other experts in the field while Yukiko moderated the panel.
