On May 27, 2020, Yuliya Oryol presented “Commingled Private Equity Funds: Side Letters,” hosted by the Regulatory Fundamentals Group (RFG). During this webinar, Yuliya reviewed what side letters are and how they modify and supplement the terms of LPAs and other fund documents. She also discussed additional issues and components of side letters, as well as best practices for drafting them.
