Fred Dombo moderated a discussion on earmarks hosted by the National Institute for Lobbying & Ethics (NILE).  The round table, titled "Earmarks - The Good, The Bad and The Ugly," explored whose constitutional responsibility it is to hand out earmarks, and whether they have the power to ease the gridlock in Congress.

NILE is an organization that strives to serve the needs of advocacy professionals by offering a professional association and an avenue for continuing education.
