Join Paul Weiland and Rob Thornton at a two-day conference titled, "Endangered Species in California (ESA & CESA)" presented by Law Seminars International.  Paul Weiland is co-chair of the program and will give a presentation titled, Project Review: Federal Section 7 Consultation Requirements.  His presentation will give practical tips for efficient and productive consultations.  Rob Thornton will partner with Douglas Castens of Chatten-Brown & Carstens to discuss Implications of Newhall Ranch.

The conference will also feature speakers from National Marine Fisheries Service, National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration Fisheries, the Center for Biological Diversity and the California Farm Bureau Federation.  The topics covered will include new regulatory developments, new listings, and new court decisions and will offer practical solutions for individuals and entities subject to the regulatory requirements implemented by the Department of Fish and Wildlife, Fish and Wildlife Service, and National Marine Fisheries Service.
