On February 15, 2022, Brook Marcus presented "Endangered Species and Public and Tribal Lands: Hot Topics" during the Environmental Law 2022 virtual event hosted by American Law Institute Continuing Legal Education (ALI CLE) and Environmental Law Institute (ELI).
Brooke and her fellow presenter reviewed various hot topics with respect to public and tribal lands and the designation of critical habitats. They discussed recent legislative action, agency determinations and judicial decisions regarding the listing of endangered and threatened species.
