Federal Policy Updates and Their Implications on Transportation Funding

On September 22, 2025, our Infrastructure Group hosted a webinar covering the latest federal policy developments and the effects on funding and financing in surface transportation infrastructure.

During this complimentary webinar, Nossaman's Shant Boyajian, Ann-Therese Schmid and Erin Lee discussed the latest changes to the surface transportation program as a result of President Trump's executive orders and subsequent related rulemakings and policy directives. We also previewed issues on the horizon for the program and offered tips for infrastructure transportation professionals to apply the changes to their work. The topics discussed included recent administrative actions, relevant court cases and upcoming congressional activity.
