On May 13-14, the U.S. Department of Commerce Commercial Law Development Program (CLDP) conducted a workshop on Public-Private Partnerships (PPPs) for a delegation from the Maldives, Nepal and Sri Lanka. The delegation met with lawyers and Colorado's PPP office to discuss how to structure and implement infrastructure projects. Fred Kessler spoke on "Terminational Clauses and Workout" and "Risk Analysis and Allocation in PPP Projects."
