On August 25, 2016, Mary Lynn Coffee gave a presentation at Urban Water Institute's 23rd Annual Water Conference on "Integration of Storm Water Into Water Supply Planning" in San Diego, California.  This panel explained applicable storm water capture and use mandates, assessed the legal and regulatory hurdles to the integration of captured storm water into water supply, and explained potential opportunities to augment supply with captured storm water.
