This conference focused on recent changes in market capacity and appetite for underwriting professional liability risks, and the need to rethink traditional risk and insurance strategies in the context of construction projects.
Yukiko and her fellow panelists discussed professional liability insurance, the terms and limitations of same, particularly in the context of the current market, and how owners can approach the challenges they faced by owners during procurement and implementation of projects to ensure appropriate risk mitigation strategies.
