Association of Corporate Counsel (ACC) National Capitol Region’s Privacy and Technology Conference
10.21.2026
Vienna, VA
10:15 – 11:15 a.m. ET

On October 21st, Andrew Reidy and Joe Saka will present “Protecting Your Assets with Cyber Insurance in the Age of AI” during the Association of Corporate Counsel (ACC) National Capitol Region’s Privacy and Technology Conference.

As cyber threats evolve and artificial intelligence becomes increasingly embedded in products, services and business operations, organizations face new risks that may test traditional insurance policies and liability frameworks. This program will provide in-house counsel with a practical examination of cyber insurance, AI-related liability and legal and regulatory risks. Through real-world scenarios, developing coverage disputes and practical examples, Andrew and Joe will examine how organizations can assess their insurance programs, manage claims and reduce potential gaps in coverage.

The Association of Corporate Counsel (ACC) is a Global Legal Association that promotes the common professional and business interests of in-house counsel who work for corporations, associations and other organizations through information, education, networking and advocacy.
