Brad Kuhn spoke to the Southern California Chapter of The Counselors of Real Estate (CRE) about “Transit Proximity and Benefits/Impacts on Property Values” on October 21, 2021.
Brad, along with John Ellis, Senior Managing Director of Integra Realty Resources - Los Angeles, discussed transit proximity impacts for Southern California, including a new trolley project in San Diego that generated a number of valuation disputes involving properties located along the planned trolley route.
