Several Nossaman attorneys participated in the Transportation Research Board’s (TRB) 97th Annual Meeting held in Washington, D.C. 

On January 8th, Bernadette Duran-Brown spoke on "Right-of-Way for Project Managers: Eminent Domain and Condemnation." Robert Thornton and David Miller co-presented "Alternative Project Delivery: Minimization of Environmental Risks." Brandon Davis served as a panelist for "Packaging P3 Procurements for Complex Projects."  

On January 9th, Nancy Smith and Patrick Harder conducted a meeting for the Contract Law Committee.

This information-packed event attracted more than 13,000 transportation professionals from around the world. The meeting program covered all transportation modes, with more than 5,000 presentations in nearly 800 sessions and workshops, addressing topics of interest to policy makers, administrators, practitioners, researchers, and representatives of government, industry, and academic institutions. A number of sessions and workshops focused on the spotlight theme for the 2018 meeting: "Transportation: Moving the Economy of the Future."
