Evan Caplicki, Andrée Blais, Jill Jaffe and Nancy Smith co-authored a chapter for the third edition of the Design-Build, Public-Private Partnerships and Collaboration Handbook, published by Wolters Kluwer.
The chapter, “Design-Build in the Transportation Arena,” provides an overview of a number of areas, including the use of design-build by transportation agencies; statutory and regulatory considerations affecting transportation design-build projects; and pre-contract planning and risk mitigation.
