Ashley Dunning Featured in Daily Journal for LACERA Representation

Ashley Dunning, co-chair of Nossaman’s Pensions, Benefits & Investments Group, was featured in the Daily Journal (subscription required) for her representation of the Los Angeles County Employees Retirement Association (LACERA) in its lawsuit against former LACERA Interim Information Security Officer Carmelo Marquez and SafeSec LLC. The lawsuit alleges fraud, conflicts of interest and breach of fiduciary duty related to a bid-rigging scheme.
