Discussing how even if successful, potential challenges to the Trump administration's recent actions to further regulate renewable energy projects will take time to develop, Brooke said, “That may be time that many project developers don't have. Projects that are at the earlier stage, there's less pressure on those projects to tackle the uncertainty that's happening right now than those that have significant investments or deadlines. Those projects that already have investments and deadlines are probably in a tighter pinch."
