Jillian Friess Leivas Recognized With IRWA Region 1 Young Professional of the Year Award

Jillian Friess Leivas was recently honored with the “Region 1 Young Professional of the Year” award from the International Right of Way Association (IRWA). The award was presented during the IRWA Region 1 Spring Forum in Las Vegas, NV and recognizes association members who have demonstrated a commitment to the industry at the chapter, regional and/or international level in terms of participation, contribution and service. Jillian has served Chapter 67 (Orange County) as the secretary, the president-elect and is about to start her term as the chapter’s president. Additionally, she is a frequent writer and speaker for IRWA events locally, regionally and at the international level.
