Michelle McCarthy was recognized as a “Top 100” lawyer by the Los Angeles Business Journal (LABJ). The annual supplement recognizes the leading lawyers in the Los Angeles business community who offer their clients best-in-class service and deliver optimal results on every matter.

Michelle was highlighted by the LABJ for advising “clients of all types – from tax-exempt organizations and governmental plans to Fortune 100 companies, regarding every facet of employee benefits law, including the design, structure, implementation, regulatory compliance and administration of retirement, health and welfare benefit plans.”

The LABJ went on to say that she “has more than 25 years of legal experience specializing in fiduciary, benefits, tax and compliance, and works with clients from both the private and public sectors and has served as trustee-appointed counsel to some of the largest and highest-profile pension, health and welfare funds in the nation.”
