Los Angeles Times

Nossaman would like to congratulate Teddy Low, Senior Deputy County Counsel for the Los Angeles County Metropolitan Transportation Authority (LA Metro), for being featured as a finalist in the Los Angeles Times' Business of Law: Trends, Updates, Visionaries & In-House Counsel Leadership Awards Supplement.

The Times highlighted Teddy’s work advising LA Metro "on its most significant rail procurements and construction projects" including advising on "innovative project deliveries for large scale infrastructure projects." The Times added, "Among [his] current projects is his work as counsel on the Sepulveda Transit Corridor Project, where LA Metro is making strides to improve travel between the San Fernando Valley, the Westside and LAX."

Andrée Blais leads the Nossaman legal team advising LA Metro on the Sepulveda Pass Rail Transit Program. We are engaged to implement Metro’s first application of the Pre-Development Agreement delivery method to develop the approximately $6 billion to $10 billion Sepulveda Pass Rail Transit project through one of the most congested interstate highway corridors in the nation.
