Nossaman Names Two New Partners for 2025

Los Angeles, CA – We are pleased to announce Kyle Hamilton and Ashley Mahoney have been elevated to partnership in the Firm.

Kyle Hamilton, based in our Austin office, counsels clients on a wide range of procurement and transaction issues, including project structuring, document draft and negotiation, financing, project acquisition and regulatory matters. While covering a variety of infrastructure transactions, his practice focuses on water projects delivered through alternative delivery methods. His experience includes large-scale alternative delivery projects including public-private partnership, progressive design-build, construction-manager-at-risk and interagency agreements. Kyle has experience with project financing, project and corporate acquisitions, formation of partnerships and joint ventures, project and corporate restructuring, as well as general regulatory, corporate and EPC matters. He holds a J.D. from the University of Michigan Law School and a B.A. from Brigham Young University.

Ashley Mahoney, based in our Phoenix office, focuses her practice on eminent domain and valuation. She also represents clients in complex commercial litigation including class actions, malpractice and complex business matters. Her experience in litigation includes drafting and arguing motions, taking and defending depositions, appearing in court for arguments, hearings, trial, mediation/arbitration and all stages of appeals. Ashley holds a J.D. from the Sandra Day O'Connor College of Law - Arizona State University and a B.A. from Arizona State University.
