Overview
Anisa Salam leads the Firm’s Business Development Initiatives and New Business Pursuits teams responsible for managing firmwide business development initiatives, proposal development, and client satisfaction initiatives. She works with Management, Practice Group and Industry Team leaders to identify opportunities to drive revenue growth through client expansion and new business pursuits, as well as helping to create and implement related systems, processes and best practices.
Prior to joining Nossaman, Anisa was a business development consultant for AmLaw 50 and 100 firms.
Beyond the Law
Anisa brings the same energy she has at work to her time outside the office and enjoys staying actively engaged in her interests. She follows sports, including Phoenix Suns basketball games, and watches Wrexham football matches on television. Anisa also likes going to plays, festivals and other fun events. She is committed to giving back and volunteers with Olive Crest, which works to prevent child abuse and support children and families in crisis. When she’s not on the go, Anisa spends time at home with her playful maltipoo, Daisy.
