Erika Moran oversees recruiting for attorneys and business professionals as well as attorney professional development initiatives at Nossaman and has been a part of the legal community for more than 20 years. Erika began her career as an employment attorney and subsequently held roles in law school career services and law firm recruiting and development. In addition to recruiting legal talent, she also has experience as a career and professional development coach and counselor.
