Overview
Jenna Valledor is a paralegal with extensive experience in corporate law, having worked on M&A transactions, corporate annual filing and entity formations. Her work also includes general corporate maintenance and dissolutions. She also assists our Pensions, Benefits & Investments team with private equity and real estate fund transactions with numerous governmental pension plans. Her work includes due diligence and coordinating closings.
Prior to joining Nossaman, Jenna worked as a paralegal and in other administrative positions in law offices in the Los Angeles and Orange County area.
