Overview
Kameran Hedayat has more than 20 years of experience as a litigation paralegal. He is involved in all aspects of discovery, in particular coordinating and tracking metrics for document review and tracking and preparing protocols for productions.
Kameran has consulted with attorneys regarding database needs, discovery process, review protocols and trial preparation to successfully implement technology solutions. He is well versed in using Lexis and Westlaw to conduct public records searches and to identify pertinent background information about witnesses and business entities. Kameran also is experienced in database technologies. His specialties include database management, data analysis, paper and electronic document productions and project management. He has also prepared for, attended and presented at jury and bench trials, evidentiary hearings, arbitration hearings and mediations.
