Overview
As Nossaman’s Chief Operating Officer, Kelly Pepper helps shape the strategy and operations that keep the Firm running smoothly across its 12 offices nationwide. Working closely with the Managing Partner and Executive Committee, she focuses on aligning people, processes and technology to support the Firm’s long-term goals and deliver an exceptional client experience.
Kelly leads all areas of administration, including finance, business development, information services, talent management, practice management and facilities. She has been instrumental in modernizing key systems, streamlining operations and strengthening Nossaman’s culture of collaboration and innovation.
Before becoming COO, Kelly spent nearly a decade as Nossaman’s Director of Marketing, where she elevated the Firm’s business development platform and partnered with attorneys to expand opportunities and strengthen client relationships. Earlier in her career, she worked as a public finance analyst with Lehman Brothers in New York, experience that shaped her analytical and results-driven approach to leadership.
Kelly is passionate about creating an environment where talented professionals can thrive. She finds the most rewarding part of her role to be helping people and teams turn great ideas into lasting improvements that make the Firm stronger.
Beyond the Law
Kelly embraces a work hard/play hard philosophy and brings that energy to everything she does. She loves live sporting events, whether watching her kids compete or cheering on her hometown team, the Buffalo Bills. When she’s not at a game, Kelly enjoys country music festivals, time at the beach and life at home with her family — and her two lively Min Pins.
