Ksenia Smoroda

Ksenia Smoroda supports attorneys in complex real estate, commercial, employment, eminent domain and construction litigation cases. She assists in trial preparations, including assembling trial exhibits and preparing witness files. She supports and collaborates closely with attorneys and litigation support teams to craft and implement effective document review projects and ensure quality control measures.

Ksenia's responsibilities include preparing and filing litigation and arbitration case pleadings, drafting condemnation pleadings, condemnation resolutions, stipulations and settlement agreements and coordinating with legal teams to ensure procedural requirements and deadlines are met. In addition, Ksenia drafts and prepares discovery requests, conducts legal research, generates search term reports, drafts litigation pleadings and analyzes motions, briefs, deeds and purchase agreements, among other legal documents. She also participates in meetings and conference calls with clients and external parties to discuss contract terms, resolve disputes and finalize agreements.
