Overview
Lorna Vartanian leads the Billing and Collections team and is responsible for the firm’s full-cycle revenue stream from time entry and billing to accounts receivable and collections. Lorna also works closely with firm management and the IT team on finance department projects and is liaison to the firm’s Finance Committee.
With more than 25 years in legal management, Lorna has extensive experience supporting local, regional and international operations. Prior to joining Nossaman, Lorna directed firm operations through the pandemic as Director of Administration for a boutique Pasadena law firm in practice since 1899. Among her varied roles, Lorna also managed a team of 20 accounting professionals at a Global Elite law firm supporting offices in the US, Europe, Asia and Middle East as Global Accounting Operations Manager.
