Melanie Favela has more than a decade of experience supporting law practices, private equity and Registered Investment Adviser (RIA) firms across business development operations, corporate governance, regulatory compliance, deal management and end-to-end transaction execution support. She is instrumental in facilitating high-volume transaction coordination, mitigating risks, building organizational capacity, driving optimization and securing multimillion-dollar deals.

Melanie’s experience includes managing full lifecycle entity operations, fund formations, multi-jurisdictional filings & reporting, M&A transactions, AML/KYC processes and partnering directly with C-level executives on a wide range of legal, finance, operational and business continuity initiatives. She focuses on leading cross-functional collaborations and implementing innovative technology solutions that centralize data, modernize governance protocols, bridge fragmented processes and strengthen organizational alignment across complex business environments.
