Overview
Molly Mattison advises clients on litigation, regulatory and transactional matters involving infrastructure development, including those in the energy sector. She represents commercial clients in federal court disputes involving infrastructure projects and breach of contract claims. Her litigation practice encompasses discovery, trial and settlement negotiations. She counsels clients on a host of regulatory issues including pathways for infrastructure development, environmental reviews, compliance and permitting, enforcement actions and policy and rulemaking proceedings. Molly also supports clients in contract administration, corporate governance, the purchase and sale of real estate and various infrastructure-related issues.
Molly’s experience includes counseling clients in matters involving the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission, the Department of Energy, the Department of Labor, the Department of Justice, as well as other state and federal agencies.
