Overview

Ron Cole focuses his practice in the area of eminent domain, inverse condemnation and real estate litigation. He also has extensive experience mediating and litigating related real estate, construction and appellate matters. Ron represents both public agencies and property and business owners in cases involving condemnation awards, inverse condemnation, relocation, and property, business and lease valuation.

Prior to law school, Ron worked in the public sector in the field of public transportation and state highway financing. He also served as a staff director for the Orange County Transportation Commission (now Orange County Transportation Authority) managing Orange County’s state highway and transit programs. In this capacity Ron worked with the Commission’s Board of Directors, city officials, California Department of Transportation (Caltrans) officials and the California Transportation Commission.
