Obtaining Permits for Craft Brewery

We successfully filed and obtained temporary permits for a significant craft brewery in Northern California, required due to a corporate restructuring and so it could complete the acquisition of a brewery in Nevada. Person-to-person liquor license transfer applications were required due to the reorganization, which included the statutory conversion of the brewery (set up as a corporation) into a limited liability company. We prepared and filed the application, and have been in contact with the appropriate District Office of the California Department of Alcoholic Beverage Control. We currently are handling post-application matters for the client.
